When you use our contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and the content of your message. We do not collect health data through this website beyond what you choose to tell us in your message.

We use your data only to answer your request, provide a consultation and organise your appointment. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before any treatment.

Requests that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 12 months. Patient records are kept for the period required by Turkish health regulations.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical storage strictly necessary for the site to work may be used.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to istbigsmile@gmail.com.
